The residency fee includes accommodation and access to shared facilities and workspaces. Workspaces are selected according to the needs of your artistic practice.
Residency fees for groups are agreed on individually. The price depends on the size of the group and the workspaces required.

Once you have been selected for the residency, confirm your place by paying the booking fee:
€100 / person
€200 / two people sharing a room
The booking fee is deducted from the total residency fee.
The first month’s residency fee must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the residency begins. If the payment is not made by the deadline, Haihatus reserves the right to offer the residency place to someone else.
The residency period begins on the first day of the month, although actual arrival and departure dates may vary.
If the residency is cancelled:
30–60 days before arrival
50% of the residency fee will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before arrival
The residency fee will not be refunded.
The residency fee will be refunded in full, regardless of the cancellation date, in the event of the death of a close person or the artist’s serious illness.
In other unexpected circumstances, the residency may be rescheduled depending on availability.
