Join our Dance meet up -workshop with Nella & Janis at Kukkiva kylä

Would you like to join a shared dance experience? How can we use dance to connect with others and become more aware of our bodies?

In this dance workshop, we will explore different improvisation exercises that invite us to move, connect, and enter the flow of dance together.

There is only one rule in this workshop: you cannot do it wrong. Every movement is welcome, and every movement can become a playful opportunity to discover something new. Come and experiment with an open, non-judging mind – and let your body do the boogie!

No previous dance experience is required. Whether you are 3 or 100 years old, a wheelchair user, a first-time mover, or an experienced dancer, you are warmly welcome.

You do not have to register for the workshop in advance.
