🎨 Create a landscape painting using mixed media under the guidance of visual artist Henriikka Kivelä!

💛 Since spring, Haihatus Art Center’s community painting project has brought together artists and local residents to create artworks for public spaces. Earlier this year, Joutsa town centre gained its own community mural as part of the Blooming Village Community Garden project.

💛 Now the project’s final painting workshop invites everyone to join in! The workshop is suitable for all ages, and no previous experience is required. Come on your own, with a friend, or bring the whole family.

💛 Henriikka Kivelä is a Helsinki-based visual artist whose work combines influences from street art with forms and textures inspired by nature. She has led painting and art workshops for participants of all ages, and her work has been exhibited at Flow Festival and at Haihatus Art Center’s Lumous 2025 summer exhibition.
