In Haihatuksen Henki ry’s online store, we offer support memberships, residency fees, and event tickets. Please read the details below regarding our refund and cancellation policy.
Support Memberships
Your support membership begins immediately upon payment. As such, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to support memberships. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Residency Fees
Residency fees are agreed upon in advance and are not subject to the 14-day cancellation rule. For information about residency cancellation and refund policies, please visit our Residency Page.
Event Tickets
Purchased event tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Tickets are redeemed upon arrival at the event. If an event is canceled by Haihatuksen Henki ry, we will refund the ticket price.
